BLP is the vision of Randy and Anne Everson, who together spent 24 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, with the final nine years assigned at Fort Hood, and have lived in the local area for 28 years. It is through their experiences while re-locating as a military family of five, with pets, that they saw a growing need for temporary lodging. In addition to active duty military personnel and their families, BLP also serves retirees and civilians with similar lodging needs.
BLP began operations in summer 2004 with one, four-plex apartment and added a second four-plex in December, 2004. We added a duplex in June 2007, giving us a total of 10 units.BLP networks with other small businesses in the area which offer similar services. If BLP is unable to accommodate a request customers will be directed to other resources. BLP does not recommend or endorse other services. Our goal is to facilitate the process of seeking temporary lodging.
