This building contains town-house style units. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath are downstairs. Each unit has it's own sodded patio yard with fence. The living room has a sofa and easy chair, as well as a television and VCR/DVD. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the back patio yard. The kitchen has all major appliances, cooking utensils and dishes needed for a family of four. It contains a laundry closet with a large capacity washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with 7-drawer dresser and night stand. The second bedroom has twin beds with a chest of drawers.

Our other building is located across the street from 1612. It has four, flat-style units, with two downstairs and two upstairs. Each unit contains a living room, kitchen with dining area, full bath and two bedrooms. The large capacity washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The master bedrooms have queen sized beds with a night stand and chest of drawers. The second bedrooms have either two twins or a full bed with a chest of drawers. There is a large common fenced and sodded back yard. Each unit has a door leading from the dining area to a back porch or balcony. There are stairs connecting the upper units to the back yard.
